dono wat happen tis few days...jus couldnt get to slp...lol...tink i got insomia...yest i tried slping at ard 12plus but jus couldnt fall aslp...kept turning and tossing on my bed, and when i look at the time, it was already 2plus...again i tried closing my eyes and force myself to slp, i didnt rmb whether i did fall aslp a not...i only know when i was up at 6, i felt that i hadnt slp a single min...and yet i was really tired...lol...

whole body is aching from the gym trip with jian hao and hsiu chi on thurs...after gym, we went straight for bball til the night...vigorious exercise thru out the whole day...leaving my exhausted body to suffer the side effects afterwards...
